hiiiiiii first journal entry! as an intro:

i'm morgan (he/him)! i'm 23 and i dabble in web design as a hobby. i also draw and play bass. that's really all u need to know about me tbh lol

i'm currently working on a shrine page for kagamine rin (my fave vocaloid) for my site and it's going well but HOO boy. tracking down sources that aren't fuckin fandom wiki (i want fandom/wikia to burn to the ground for kind of ruining fan wikis tbh. host ur wikis on miraheze or something i beg you) or dead links from 15 years ago has been kind of a drag but i'm making progress. i have an overview of what vocaloid is, rin (and len)'s development process as well as info regarding their voice provider and various box artists. now i just have to work on the other sections that don't require such intensive research, like compiling songs featuring her that i like and such.

i'm also slowly getting through various shows and games. i'm halfway through season 1 of good omens (on the recommendation of a friend w impeccable taste, otherwise idk if i'd have picked it up) and it's pretty good so far! a bit gay as well which is quite nice. i'm also ~1/3 the way through mgs 1 and it's fun. i know a lot about metal gear as a whole already due to extensive wiki browsing but actually getting to see things in their full context is nice. probably gonna pick up the collection for switch once it's out so i can play sons of liberty for real and play mgs3 on like. NOT a 3ds screen lmao. i also have soul eater and death note on the backburner, almost done with the former and like a third through the latter. i'm enjoying both but i've heard that death note kind of falls off in it's last third which i'm hoping isn't true but we'll see.

i'm also in the second to last week of my final uni class and man its a fuckin painnn.... instruction is minimal and the recorded lectures dont really help and it seems everyone's having the same issues in the discord so it's kind of every man for himself rn. oh well. so long as i pass it's all good.

anyways yeah thats it thats what i'm up to this week lol
